So many things can go wrong at a wedding, but up to the top of the list has to be a photographer taking your $6000 deposit and disappearing without a trace just weeks before the big day.

Sydney based wedding brand Phao Photography originally owned by Sam Ansari, was sold off for $20,000 on 10 August 2023 to another Sydney based wedding photography / video business – NYC Films.

Wedding clients were sent an email from Ansari days later stating the sale to Ellie Kalajian of NYC Films had been made, and that current bookings, as well as previous undelivered

Shock news! Nikon buys cine camera specialist RED

In a move that no one could have predicted, Nikon has just bought American cinema specialist RED.

The move will immediately propel Nikon into the growing cine camera world, putting it up against Canon, which has seen great success with its Cinema EOS line.

RED will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nikon Corporation. The California-based company was founded in 2005 by entrepreneur James Jannard who had previously made his fortune with the Oakley sunglasses brand.

Hollywood dog owner wants answers after deadly pitbull attack caught on camera

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – A South Florida pet owner is devastated after her small dog was killed after being attacked by a pitbull.

The attack occurred on the evening of March 13th off Taft Street and North 52nd Avenue in Hollywood.

“I was on the ground too because the dog was so big, he had to weigh at least 80 pounds,” said Jessica Reeder. “He pulled me down too. I scraped up my knees, I scraped up my hands.”

She said the attack occurred as she was taking a walk with her dog that they would take several times a day.
